PharmaOps: collections, credit and expiry for pharma distributors.
The problem
- LedgerVirrod's books show 30 to 60 day terms on paper. Davao open-market invoices took 73 to 95 days to collect (2023 to 2024); Cebu took 76 to 129 days (2023 to 2025).
- LedgerHalf of lifetime gross profit leaked (2018 to 2026): bad debt 21%, working-capital interest 19%, expiry and shrinkage 10%.
- Ledger16.5% of Cebu's 2023 invoicing is still unpaid.
The product
- Collections playbook with reminders and promise-to-pay tracking.
- A credit score per pharmacy from its payment history.
- Batch-level expiry actions.
The wedge
We start with Virrod, a distributor our founder owns, as tenant one and restart customer. Its 2018 to 2026 ledgers (₱217M in sales; 1,987 customers, 902 of them pharmacies) are the seed credit file. The open-market book closed in 2025; PharmaOps is how it restarts with collections discipline.
What the demo shows
DSO from 93 to 45 days and about ₱1.7M of working capital on the demo network's ₱13.1M a year of sales.
Modeled in the demo, not yet measured in production.
